Frequently asked questions

Can I print a zero card?
Yes. In quantity modes, zero uses an empty 2×5 ten frame and never substitutes a numeral for objects.
Are number words printed in English?
Yes. Number words are always printed in English, including on the Chinese interface.
Why is 9-up disabled for the full learning card?
Fitting numerals, quantities, and number words clearly on 9 small cards is not possible without the text becoming too small to read.
